I went in for my interview with high expectations. However, once I arrived I was asked to fill a form out with information I already had on my resume. Once filling that out, I waited for 10-15 minutes before someone came out to interview me. I was not interviewed by the person I originally was told I'd be interviewed by. During the interview, I felt as though they were selling me the insurance, not to mention, I got a brief few questions, then was asked if I had any questions at least 3 times. It almost felt as though I was interviewing them.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
