I spoke to a recruiter at a local career fair and submitted my resume and then i got a call for a face to face interview. At the interview I as asked about my recruiting background and sales background. I shared my experience as an intern and how I can tackle sales recruiting. The hiring manager explained what my duties will be and if I have had any experience recruiting on a large scales I answered t the affirmative.

Overview of Aflac and then what they were looking for and needing from me. Wanted to see if I could think on my feet; which I was. He loved that I was giving suggestions; even though they were ideas that he had already come up with.
