Straightforward - one video call with the district manager. Nice guy who was honest about the position, pay, and interview process. He was happy to answer any questions and was candid about what candidates need to be successful in the role.
Really easy. I applied online and then I had a group interview/information session first and then one on one. Very laid back and it felt like a casual networking conversation.
Very easy process, hiring team seemed like they wanted you onboard more so than you want to join. Mostly asked for availability and time commitments rather than asking for skills.
It was super easy, over zoom, did not really ask many questions at all. Gave a brief rundown of my experience and was offered the position on the spot. They did not ask anything very specific at all.
