Entretien
There were 4 stages of interview. First one was a phone call from the HR department & they will be giving an assessment afterwards via online. The following day there was a virtual interview via Skype & the next 2 days was a face to face interview. Do note that if you have passed all these interviews only then you’ll be called for a F2F interview. The process was fast & I got hired on the day itself. Onboarding process was via online as well. They’ll be needing some of your personal documentation & banking. A very well structured organisation.

I first received a phone call from the local HR team. After, I had an interview with the recruiting team from Thai office for the 1st round, then had an interview with the team manager for the second round.

Entretien
There are assessments, phone call interviews, and final stage (conducted face to face) at the TRX office. The phone call is just for them to get to know you and the last stage is the hardest as there will be many questions asked for example your past job experience
