I was gone through 1 online assessment and 2 interviews with team leaders. The online assessment is more towards interpersonal presentation and self-introduction that would allow the recruiter to get to know better with our personal values that might align with the company's. For the next 2 interviews, the team leaders were truly friendly and asking upon sales and marketing intellectuals that requiring me to demonstrate selling skills. The whole process was supportive and provided positive first-impression, reflecting that the company has healthy system and it really was!
