The interview went well and thesee glass door questions were asked in this situation but it is possible an independent agent will add their own.
Expected salary, Reviewing you resume as a story, difficult situation, being rejected as a salesman were on the questionaire.
It was a very easy and straightforward process for me as a licensed producer. Went through 2 rounds of interviews and was given an offer at a local branch. Between initial contact and offer it was about 2 weeks total.

Entretien
Was contacted for an initial interview and the interview was simple discussing previous positions and interests. Had a second interview several days later with two other managers. The second interview was also easy and was offered a position two days later.
