Entretien
The hiring proces is pretty lengthy. You are expected to complete a preliminary exam to test your logical and analytic skills. You also have to take several exams while in training for state licensing and also to complete LRN courses. The interview processs consisted of an overthe phone interview with someone from HR and then an in person visit to the office for another interview with the people you will hopefully report to. I was interviewed during my in person visit by two people who made me feel very relaxed and they were extremely personable.

Nice and and too the point type interview. Managers seemed very nice. Consist of work history questions, behavioral questions. And scenario based questions. Managers made the interviewing environment comfortable and easy to talk with.

Interview was very straight forward. They asked 2 behavioral questions and 2 scenario questions. They went over in detail about the job and expectations. Hiring process they do an extensive background check and drug screening.
