The Local guys is very motivated to hire you even if he isn't able to support you properly. Be careful to not abandon your business for some pie in the sky lofty production claim. You'll probably regret leaving your business.
It felt choppy. The guy I interviewed with seemed to know his stuff and everything he told me ended up being true, but the communication on next steps was lacking at times.
