Entretien
Started with an interview via computer where you had as much time to think of your response as needed, and you simply voice recorded your answers.
The next round was a Zoom interview with the general recruiter. They ask you to go over your resume with them and ask you two behavioral questions to which you have to provide specific examples.
The final round is another Zoom interview with two hiring managers who review your qualifications further and ask you background questions that relate directly to the role. There’s also two scenario questions where they give you a couple minutes to review a case and you have to analyze it and present them with your findings.
All in all it feels like a thorough interview process that gives you a good feel for the company and the position.

Very thorough, but friendly. They do ask the common interview questions using the STAR method and then go through the job responsibilities and training schedule. They answered any questions you may have that were not apparent in the job listing.

Too many interviewers on Zoom to focus on questions being asked and who was asking. Very distracting from the whole interview process. I wish they gave an interview rating or a reason as to why I was not chosen

Smooth managers was understanding. They understood my experiences with previous employers. I will work three again, I just left because I had to move out of country for a while.
