It was mostly by phone, given that we were in COVID. It was friendly and informal. I felt that the company was somewhat in need of new hires so I presume that they took it fairly easy on me.

Super quick and enlightening. Luckily the agency owner explained the commission structure which varies from owner to owner. Since it’s like a franchise they can choose different ways to pay you.
It was a very brief and standard interview where they mainly focused on my past work and volunteer experience. The location I worked at was very involved in the community so prior volunteer experience was very important to them.
