Allstate came across my profile in a job portal n called me for interview. The whole process took close to 2 months..
technical round : face to face interview.. easy to answer for ppl who have actually worked in projects..
Onsite round: telephonic interview with onsite folks who had 15+ yrs of exp
managrl round: Again face to face interview.. normal questions on SDLC , why Allstate etc
HR round : telephonic .. asked bout family background.. hobbies.. questions like why Allstate? HR was good to talk to.. its just a formality if u clear other rounds
Finally after few days got a call frm compensation team to ask about expected CTC..
Overall a good experience!!

2 round of interview in allstate. In 1st round they will check technical skill.Related to your role and responsibility In 2nd round is manager round.Related to your role and responsibilities.
A smooth process. Question would be majorly on the role that you apply for. There would be technical questions that you would have to answer them clearly if you are not sure about the answer mention it upfront on the answer
HR calls for the screening, you get to interview a couple of times with behavioral questions and simple questions.
It is true what you read in the reviews, everyone is white and it seems they are judging you based on how you look more than what you know.
