I was scheduled for an interview and upon arriving realized i was part of a 40 person panel of candidates. Thirty seconds in I was told that I was not qualified for this interview due to not yet being P&C licensed and that they would later contact me with other opportunities. I told them to remove me form their list for wasting my time and was immediately kicked from the interview

Received notification of interested from company recruiter and we scheduled appointment. I was asked to fill in online application and take an assessment that had approximately profile questions and 15 problem solving questions.

the process was simple. Had me take a test. They were friendly and understanding. Spoke to them over the phone plenty of times before interview to create a relationship beforehand. Not much else to say but need 30 words.
