Applied online after seeing an ad, completed online assessment and was asked to come in for interview. Spoke with manager and vp and was told I needed to get my license first for which they would supply the materials and pay for the exam. Was asked about my online assesment and my experiences.

Process was long. I waited week last before I heard anything back. I checked my email frequently but I don’t receive any further steps, or anything saying I was not selected.

Entretien
The ad was generic, the base pay listed as 50,000 to 75,000, but the interviewer stated that it was actually 30,000. They gave 4 of us the same exact time to be there so we waited almost an hour and a half to be interviewed.

Entretien
The interview went well. I interviewed with the owner and his father. Both of them made me feel comfortable. They were honest about how they felt and what they were looking for. Overall they made me feel like myself. So I did not have to fake it. Most interviews place me in an uncomfortable state.
