Had phone interview with recruiter. Took I/Q / Personality test. Interview with Branch Manager and current adjuster. Phone interview was brief with one situational question and just a brief discussion of my salary requirements and experience. The I/Q / Personality test, I was able to take at home via the internet which was nice. This was extremely hard but as soon as you submit your test you know instantly via email if you passed. Took a week to schedule in office interview and that lasted about an hour. There were about 5-6 situational questions and then we just discussed my skills along with the position requirements. This part of the process happened in about one week. After I interviewed in the office it took H.R. over 3 weeks to make an offer. Offer was decent in this job market so I took it.
