Called, and set up online interview. Afterwhich there was a second interview by another party. Then they called with an offer after all the background and drug test cleared. It was somewhat of a pain to get the testing during covid

they use behavioral interview questions and the STAR method for the interview. It is a pretty straight forward process. Everything was virtual. They are very customer service oriented so consider that in your answers

Very easy and approachable. They were very responsive in the interview process with scheduling. The beginning of the process was in the form of texting and emailing you. Then you would get a screened phone call followed by a zoom interviewing meeting.
