There was an initial phone screening. Behavioral mostly. Then another phone interview with an interactive data analysis assessment. You are given a chart of data and need to explain certain things about it. They just want to see how you think. Afterwards, they fly you to the home office where you have about 3 in person interviews. These were a mix between behavioral and some case type questions. Cases were relatively simple.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Do you see yourself as a life/health or P&C actuary down the road.
The first round is a video record interview which is short and easy. The second round is a technical interview with two senior actuaries. The problems are a bit hard and not really related to actuarial knowledge.

Two fairly painless interviews. The first was 1 hour, and the second was three hours. I had four interviewers (two pairs of two) for the hour-long interview, and then four more interviewers for the second interview. The interviews were well-structured and quite down-to-earth. There was no pre-recorded video interview, which I appreciated-- everything was in person or through a video call.

Was mainly asked to analyze some hypothetical situational data, provide insight and answer some questions on the data. Briefly went over my resume. Very nice recruiters. Obtained interview from college recruiting.
