Questions posées lors d’un entretien d’embauche pour Entry level Full Stack Java Developer chez Allstate

Applied online, was emailed to scheduled an initial phone screening which was supposed to take about 30 minutes, took only 2 minutes. After answering that I didn't have any experience with peer programming, I was told that this was a role with rigorous programming and that they did not think I would be a good fit. I thought this was odd considering this was an entry level role.
