1.initial screening 2.First Technical 3.Second Technical I have 3.5 years experience total and I was ready to join immediately Within 10 days. I have cleared two technical round and submitted all my documents and completed my BGV.... After completing all steps, HR was saying we need person who should have more than 4 years and immediate joinner. I said I can join immediately as I committed then she was we need a candidate with 4+ years experience. This is very bad experience... They have wasted 15 - 20 days time ... Dealing unprofessionally. Suggest you don't go for any interview... Waste of time.. They should have think before whether I am eligible or not to this profile then only process my profile to a further steps. I will not suggest to go for any opportunities
