I was contacted by the HR for the position and cleared 2 round of interview. I was asked to give documents for background verification I was confused as there were 2 more rounds of interview according to HR. Then I came to know there are asking for sensitive information which also involves password of my ITR which I was not comfortable as there was no confirmation of employment by the company yet. later came to know othe candidates had same issu and took their advice and decided not to move forward.

Pre-decided interview process. Taking fake interviews. Don’t apply and waste your time. Interview panel them self not knowledgeable. Don’t get in trap. Biased interview process and selecting pre-decided candidates .
