Not too hard if you have the right mental model around innovation and are creative and have a builders mindset. They do however have a process called Loops wherein you're interviewed by 5 different peers/managers to be able to get through.

Alla fine dei 5 colloqui gli intervistatori si riuniscono e valutano il candidato secondo dei principi definiti e decidono all'unanimità se assumere o meno
