I had my first call with the recruiter, she replied at the end of our call that they I am qualified and they will send me an invitation for the next stage. Next interview was with my future manager. After a while i was rejected with no feedback.

Prove of existing experience of the applied role, it was requested to use the STAR method at each question. You also have to apply in your answers their 16 principles.

9 or 10 rounds of interviewing. Poor communication and follow up. No clear process outlined, except that everyone was obsessed with Amazon’s ‘values’ (wasn’t aware that corporations had values or emotions, but I guess that’s why I’m not in the top five richest people in the world).
