Recruiter asking good questions for behavioral based interviews but not really paying any attention at all to my answers. Recruiter apparently was distracted and asked the same topic for which I already gave an answer before.

Lengthy but well thought and very value based. Multiple people involved in the panel which eliminates chances of bias and gives you a better sneak peak of inside folks. Overall a good experience
