El proceso es bastante complejo. Primero es una llamada con la persona de RRHH. Luego una llamada de 1 hora con un manager. Si pasas esta entrevista, siguiente etapa son 5 entrevistas de 60 minutos basadas en el modelo STAR. La persona de RRHH suele mandar toda la información necesaria para prepararse.

Not hard, Mostly Leadership Principles. However, it really depends on the interviewer. I am not sure about others, but mine is very specific on my sales experience and asked about the deal size.

Didn't get asked anything i was told to prepare for - prepared examples of leadership principles and i was asked general 'what would i do with critical information' - not really related to any particular leadership principle
