Its very biased and the quality of the interview results has deteriorated since they started hiring CISCO managers and senior executives. The bar raising based on better than 50% of the team is not being applied but its the opposite.

Technical questions are expected, but be prepared as the process has changed, and now they ask about Nvidia arch, and INtel arm based arch too which was not expected as per their previous records but yes now they include it.
