Recruiters were useless they had no idea what they were doing, asked me to prepare for a case study and did not even bother looking at it, do not communicate with each other either because no one knew what stage of the process I was In

Started with an online test, then a portfolio review screening, followed by the full loop. The loop included another portfolio review, leadership principle interviews, and a design challenge. Leadership principle interviews were the trickiest part because many of the questions are similar and they are looking for very specific data in your responses. After every response, they asked if there was anything I would have done differently if facing the situation again
