Online assessment followed by two technical rounds. Each round has one coding question and behavioral. The coding questions are leetcode medium level. The behavioral questions are based on Amazon Leadership principles.

I was directly approached by the interviewer regarding the opportunity. As part of the initial screening, I was asked to complete an Online Assessment (OA) within a one-week time frame. The OA was structured into three distinct modules: Coding Assessment: This module included two algorithmic coding questions similar to LeetCode problems, ranging from medium to hard difficulty. The focus was on data structures, problem-solving, and time-efficient solutions. Behavioral Questions: This section assessed my communication skills, ability to handle workplace scenarios, and alignment with the company's values and culture. I was required to respond to situational prompts. Overall, the OA was designed to evaluate both technical proficiency and soft skills, and it provided a comprehensive first step in the selection process.
