Typical STAR format for questions and answers for all of the interviews. Met with hiring manager first, then a loop of 5 people (including bar raiser). Each interviewer expected answers and stories in the STAR format.

Really intense but actually enjoyable, 3 stage process, 1 hr phone interview, written exercise, then 5no 1hr interviews back to back. This all happened within a week for me. Pretty full on but the people I met with were very nice

Very in depth - 7 person loop interview over 1 day. START focused questions. Essential that you prepare examples ahead of time and be ready to show specifically what you did to deliver outcomes.
