Very long interview process. Not clear interview agenda and that can harm your preparation for the interview. Alot of topics need to prepare and effort. As I believe they need everything and in same time they not do perfectly . During the process Feedback delay. Bad communication during the interview. At least if applicant say something not right. It's good to be silent instead of say okay and agree .. it's better for alert the applicant to think big once more time. And at the end properly can describe the right solution in good way. On other hand it's perfect interview scheduled approach and they respect your time to ask about your availability That's very good point .
