The interview process was disorganized from start to finish. The job description presented by the specialists during the interview lacked clarity, filled with buzzwords and unnecessary English terms that added little to no practical value for a position based in Brazil (Campinas). The interviews were scheduled at the last minute, with minimal prior information about the role. The interaction with the specialists also gave a strong impression of a potentially tense and unwelcoming organizational culture, mainly when they couldn’t understand the question, and instead of asking for clarifications, acted in a defensive manner. In the end, I’m actually relieved I never heard back, as no salary could make up for such a work environment.
