Want to know why you fit the company and that you have put in the time to research the industry. A sense of flexibility especially with the video panel instead of an in person panel in NY.

First call with HR After call with manager and team partner previously working in the same position.
HR : attidute, behavior and motivation
Manager : Most of the questions were about the advertising platform they are going to use.
Wasn't too bad. I was thrown a case question that caught me off guard, but know the company and their brands. I had 2 industry guys interview me online, but their camera didn't work so it was me facing a black screen. This was a pipeline role. Mostly behavioral with follow up questions.
