Entretien
I got through to the case interview stage. Results still pending. I had 25 minutes to read 10-pages of information, and then make a presentation. The presentation was 7 minutes and then it was followed by a Q&A session. The people were really nice, and welcoming. The whole experience was good.
I did 2 online tests prior to the case interview. They were very easy. I just did the case interview today and I am waiting to here back if I will proceed to the next stage.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

Entretien
First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
