J'ai passé un entretien chez Anheuser-Busch InBev

      Entretien

Filled out their online application and uploaded my resume. Approximately 5 minutes later I received an email stating that, after careful consideration I wasn't selected for the position. This seems to be a case of an automated program rejecting-out a highly experienced candidate.

There were 6 steps to the process and it took around 3 months from the time I talked to them at the career fair to the time I received an offer. Steps: 1- Online Personality Assessment 2- Online Math Assessment These were pretty easy. I remember I almost ran out of time on the math assessment because I like to double/triple check answers. Just watch your time. 3- Phone interview with 2 HR reps They asked around 7-8 behavioral questions. This interview was less formal and more conversational and both reps were really nice. Just be sure you use the STAR method for answering questions. 4- TAP assessment This was a telephone/online role play. It had 3 steps and took around 3.5 hours to complete. They will give you a packet of information online and some time to review. You will need to make a production schedule following the rules they give in the packet and you will not have enough time to make a perfect schedule. Your 'boss' will then call and ask you why your schedule is off and how decided on your schedule timing. Just be honest and try to follow the rules they give in the information. The next 2 steps deal with conflict resolution between two of your employees and motivating an employee to do her job. Just take control of the situations and maintain your cool. They are trying to see if you will get stressed/flustered in these situations. Just stay calm and remember you're the manager in the role play. 5- Phone Interview with 2 Managers This interview consisted of behavioral questions with two managers that may be my boss if hired. They were really proficient in asking questions and asked me to elaborate/clarify when necessary. Remember to be yourself and ask questions at the end of the interview to show you've done your HW on the company. Remember you're interviewing them too to see if the job would fit with you! 6- Interview at the brewery They flew me out to the brewery and I did a final interview, a panel with other group managers, and a brewery tour. The final interview was with the GM of the brewery, HR manager, and another manager. They asked me more behavioral questions and I asked them questions at the end. Make sure you let your personality shine. The group panel was with 5 group managers and this was an opportunity to ask them questions about the position and the area. They will be open and honest so ask them anything that's on your mind. The tour was cool, my tour guide was a prior group manager and he seemed like he loved the job and the brewery-which was a good sign. I had lunch with a few members of the team in the brewery biergarten before flying back home. Overall it was a good experience. For the behavioral questions, make sure you think of prior situations you've been in and how you reacted so that you don't stumble on the questions. Use the STAR method for responses and just be yourself. Overall good experience but a long process.

I applied in January of 2017. The Taleo website confirmed my application.Shortly thereafter I took a personality test. A few days later I got an email saying that I passed the personality test. I then took a full test which was a mix of both management and situational problems with some math. About a week later I received an email saying that I had passed the test was moving to the next step. I scheduled a montage interview early February 2017. The Montage interview was both a video and phone-based session where they ask typical interview questions based on your resume and how you handle hard situations. After this interview I received confirmation about a week later that I passed. The taleo website indicated that I was moving to the next step. I received a call from HR / recruiting and was told that I was going to be scheduled for a TAP interview. I scheduled my tap interview for the last week of February. This interview was approximately 3.5 hours long. It involved a process where you studied material and then multiple people call you and ask questions based on the information you were given. This involves employee management and adhering to a schedule. It was really about how you handle each situation not necessarily whether or not you did everything right. A few days later I received word that I had passed the tap interview. The next step in the process was to have an on-site interview. I scheduled this soon as possible. The interview was similar to the Montage interview where I was asked questions about my resume, my experiences, how I handle situations, my goals, and a few scenarios where I had to talk about what I would do. Also a tour occurred. Overall a great experience. The whole process took approximately one and a half to two months. This is based somewhat on my schedule as well as theirs. I did receive a call back and I accepted the offer.
