      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Anheuser-Busch InBev (New York, NY) en oct. 2017

      Entretien

I applied through my college's recruitment site, and met some employees at the career expo. I received 2 assessments after applying on their website - a logical one and a personality one. I passed both and about 2 weeks later, I received an email to complete a self recorded introduction of myself and upload my resume through an online portal called Montage. A week later, I had a webcam interview with two employees through Montage. Then I was invited to New York for final panel interviews about 5 days later. Panel interviews were interesting - basically a business discussion where candidates bounce ideas off of each other. It was a good way to discuss some of AB's current business situations and show how you would solve them. The only con was that the process was unorganized - the recruiter did not reply to any emails until it was time for final round.

      Question 1

If you were given $1M, how would you divide it among bud light & AB's non-alcoholic brands?

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Anheuser-Busch InBev (New York, NY) en oct. 2017

      Entretien

      1. Online Application 2. Personality Test 3. Logic Test 4. Skype Interview 5. In-Person GROUP Interview in NYC office The Skype interview was very behavioral - not too much to worry about as long as you know AB's core values, portfolio, and strong reasons for why you want to work for AB and how you will fit with their culture. The group interview is intimidating - their goal is to really put you outside of your comfort zone. Expect to be asked to respond to other interviewee's responses. You really need to be comfortable to speak your mind and be knowledgeable about Anheuser-Busch. There were 6 interviewees in my interview, and 5-6 interviewers sitting right across from you. It was approximately 45 minutes or so. One major complaint I had was that the recruiter lacked helpful involvement during the application period. She rarely responded to any of my e-mails when I tried to reach out to her regarding next steps and the timeline of the process. I know that many other applications had similar complaints as well...

Attended an information night that they held at the university I go to. I applied for the position that night. After I submitted my application, within minutes I received an automatic response telling me to complete an online test. After I completed that test, they sent me another. You'll get an email almost instantly saying that you've passes or that they will not be moving forward with you. Within a week, I was sent an email saying they wanted to move forward with me. They sent me a calendar thing to setup when I’d like to do my online interview. A few days after the first interview they informed me that they wanted to interview me in-person in New York. They flew me out to New York for a panel interview. I was only in the office for maybe an hour and a half. Very quick, clean and precise. Be yourself. They know what they're looking for and they know when you're trying too hard. Do your research and make sure you know what you're actually applying for.
