Drawn out process starting with several rounds of online compatibility tests, then Skype interview, then "Hunger Games-esque" "Selection Day" consisting of several rounds of one-on-one "speed dating" interviews, capped with panel interviews with competitive candidates. Ridiculously lengthy process with zero transparency into the role you are interviewing for, the salary or any other details. After all of that, being told I was a great candidate, just got a two line blow-off email.

Create a slide to sell yourself and answer: What should we do to succeed in the market? and Why are you a good fit for ABI?
I never had a chance! I was contacted through LinkedIn and scheduled the interview. The recruiter contacted me 30m before the interview due to a meeting conflict. Rescheduled the interview and the recruiter ghosted me! I haven't heard back since. So unprofessional as it's a reflection on your entire organization.
