The application round was simple with just 3 short online tests like EQ test and logical thinking test. After the round, applicant would receive a phone call informing about the individual business test. In this phase, you will get a question about a list of products, you have to choose 2 products and present in front of assessment team. Following the phase, they will ask you some questions relating to AB Inbev like Why do you choose this program? What are you looking for?.... I am in this phase, but I know that there are still 2 next rounds ahead if I pass.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

Entretien
First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
