Entretien
1. CV screening and Online Test. This round will include Culture Fit Test and Verbal Logical test
2. Individual business case. This round provide you a business case, choose 2 beer to add to a portfolio so it can meet the requirements about seasonal sales strategy.
3. HR Interview. Very quick, about 15 mins. Ask basic background question.
4. Business Game. Candidates is divided to 4-members teams, each include 1 President and 3 VPs. Each round is 2 mins, providing you with a table of data about sales, profit margin, social regconition of a company. You have to decide a budget to spend on marketing, sale and socail regconition.
5. Panel Interview. We fly to ShangHai to to a panel interview. 30mins, very competitive. I did not pass this round.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
