The process began with an online application which was followed by online two online tests (both eliminative). Based on the results of the tests and the online application, they shortlisted a few people for the Individual Business Case Round which was basically a written case study. The candidates had to study the case and present their solutions to a panel which would then ask them questions on the same. The panel also asked some HR Questions. The people who cleared this round were then called in for a Business Game. Following this they flew the top 25 candidates from India to Shanghai for the final interview. This was conducted by C level managers (Asia Pacific) of their company.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.
