Received a call from recruitment agent to go down for interview and interviewers were the potential direct reports.
Interviewer was approachable and asked questions relating more to personal factors.

The first part was application where we were asked to send our CV which was supposed to be less than a page long. The second part was powerpoint presentation, a question was set and we were to make a powerpoint presentation before a panel of interviewers.
