It started off with a video/essay interview that was very time consuming to complete. However, it was only a couple video questions. Most were essay. Like a week or so later I got invited to do 3 30 min interviews with 3 different ppl. It took like nearly 2 weeks for me to be emailed that I didn’t get the job. The interviews went well to me so I feel like I was a sacrificed lamb and they know who they wanted already. I can’t see any other reason why I didn’t get the job.
