There was a quick phone call about the role and they asked a few questions about your current role and experience. I went to their offices for an in-person interview 1 week later. The questions were very standard interview questions e.g. strengths and weaknesses and scenarios.

The interview is conducting face to face. In a room attended by hiring manager and hr manager. You started to introduce yourself and tell your experience. There are two way communication involved during the interview.
