Entretien
I took a personality quiz and then was invited to their virtual hire interview. I had to answer various prompts but recording a video of myself talking with limited try’s.
I did the Hirevue interview, which had 5 behavioural questions (tell me about a time you worked in a team, etc.) and why Aon and this role questions. It at least gave me unlimited attempts for each question.

Entretien
It was an AI interview with 4 questions. Starts off by asking for a brief introduction. Pretty basic. I had 2 attempts to answer each question and there was a timer for each question.
Both stages of the two-stage interview were conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. They tried to gauge your skills and knowledge in a friendly manner without being overly pushy. It was very professional.
