Interview process went pretty smoothly and lasted around 2-3 weeks.
First I had a telephone call with the recruiter which was a pretty basic “get to know you” type call.
Next I had an interview with the team member who would eventually be one of my managers. Again I was asked to walk through my experience and they also asked questions like why Aon, how do you know about the company, what are you looking for career wise, etc.
I then had an interview with two members of the team in the position I was interviewing for which was more informative and gave me an opportunity to ask questions about the role which was nice.
Next I had an interview with both the hiring manager and another person who would eventually become one of my managers, and they asked more on job specific and behavioral questions.
I had one more interview with the hiring manager and soon to be manager, basically making sure this was the role I wanted and confirming my interest. At the end of the interview they told me they would be sending an offer shortly.
Overall it was a good interview process, all team members seemed interested in what I had to say and provided a lot of info when I had questions. It was a bit difficult with essentially 5 interviews, scheduling them with my work schedule, but hey I don’t blame them for vetting well. It’s a pretty prestigious firm in insurance and good company to work for.
