I had a video interview and everything went smoothly, everything was clear and gave me plenty of time to prepare. Took me about 30 mins to finish it, Question are typical behavioral related questions.

Unprepared for interview--met with 6 people over 2 days. Very redundant questioning. Called back for final interview only to repeat topics. Some interviewers were unprepared and spent most of the time asking general questions.
the process was smooth while i dont really get the reason i get rejected. The interviewer was very satisfied during the interview, we talked more than scheduled time. And i did sent the thank you letter. After two weeks, I got rejection
