Very easy and quick process! First had an initial phone screen, then a second interview with one of the managers, then a final interview with another manager. Between those interviews, there were 2 assessments: one for personality and one for intelligence/cognition. Shortly after the final interview, I was asked to submit 2 references, and shortly after those were done I was called with an offer. The entire process took maybe 3 weeks.
