I applied through employee referral. The process took 2+ months. For me they took 6 rounds of interview. (Offshore Consultant Offshore Tech lead , Onsite Manager, Onsite Tech Lead, Offshore Manager and So called HR). HR was in full support and saying all of the candidate got rejected till date for this position and you are the only one who has managed to reach till here. I cleared all the rounds of interview and assured that the offer will be mailed with in one week. After a week they created full drama of their client approval.I followed up with them for almost a month and every time i was getting the response that it is in under process. HR stopped taking my phone also. After 2 months i got a mail from HR , that position is on hold.
