The process was very long. Partook in two phone interviews and a video interview over the course of a month. Then in person interview. The phone interviews were very casual. The video interview was even more casual but almost too casual, it was clear the interviewer knew nothing about me before hand or even reviewed my resume. Still mainly behavioral questions.

Entretien
The interview process began with first a phone screen, then a video interview, and then lastly was an on-site interview! I was interviewing for the Ascend program so there was actually an onsite gathering with other people that are going through the interview process as well.
