Contact was initially made by ARM's HR team, with a follow-up phone call to check my credibility as a potential candidate. HR representative was competent and professional. 1st interview undertaken by Skype which was appropriate given the location of the interviewers office. Interviewer was an Information Security professional and appeared to have robust understanding of the subject. The interview lasted 1 hour with the interviewer doing the majority of yhe talking. The 2nd interview took place face to face with the majority of the talking undertaken by the interviewer.
