I was asked general HR questions Why ARM, why this role, and how did I choose my specialization? Describe the technical limitations of making transistors in the nanoscale. Quantum tunneling Interviews were not giving any positive (or negative) feedback.

Online submission of CV and covering letter followed by invitation to a telephone interview a month later. Interview felt very awkward from the start and then felt as if the interviewers had already made up their mind and skimmed through the technical questions in the second half.
