I submitted my application with my resume and cover letter. A week later, I was invited to do an HireVue Interview. Once the Hirevue interview was done, it took approximately two months to get the final interview invitation. The final interview was mostly technical with questions ranging from Verilog to Object Oriented Programming. A few weeks after the final interview, I got my offer.

It was a Hireview followed by a technical interview with a manager. You have to review the basics of computer architecture (cache, pipeline, timing) and also make sure to know verification/testing procedures.
