I had 3 appointments set up and all 3 times no one showed. A huge waste of time - I will never work for a company that disrespects people. In addition- I will never be a customer and I will be sure to share this with everyone.

Got reached out on LinkedIn, HR was friendly and very professional. I got all the details about the position in the first interview with HR. It was more about personal background and motivation. The questions were not too hard to answer. Still waiting for results.

What kind of working environment do you work best in?
Very high-level conversation over Zoom; they were vague about exact responsibilities and compensation. Felt like a low-margin, high-pressure, super political, short-term-thinking organization. Probably would not meet with them again without some changes to leadership.
It was easy, and friendly and I learned a lot also throughout the process. The interview was also quite structured and I did not feel worried at all. It is a good experience for me.
